About Us
Zanghellini & Holt Associates (ZHA) is an Architectural & Interior Design consultancy specialising in high quality hospitality and F&B projects.
Since formation in 1998, ZHA has gained international recognition as a leading design studio and has completed over 500 projects in Asia alone for restaurant groups, hotels and individuals.
Our dedicated team of experienced designers provides outstanding client service from initial design brief and feasibility studies through to detail design and construction management.
The unique insight and design solutions we offer are a reflection of years of experience and expertise delivering successful projects for our clients. We pride ourselves on our personalised design process, working closely with each client to gain an in-depth understanding of their business goals as well as design aspirations, and finding the perfect balance. Our Founder’s Story
Zanghellini & Holt Associates (ZHA) was founded in 1998 with the mission to create projects of outstanding design quality that deliver functional solutions and exceed the expectations of both the client and end user.
Hernan Zanghellini, now the sole owner, leads the practice based on these principles and draws on his wealth of knowledge as both a designer and business owner.
A native of Chile, where he trained as an architect, Hernan’s experience spans South America, Australia and South East Asia, where he has worked on projects ranging from residential and hospitality to F&B. Since founding ZHA, he has completed over 500 projects – each one designed and overseen by him. This body of work and experience over many years is what make the design solutions at ZHA truly unique – they are firmly rooted in knowledge and skill in the industry. Hernan continues to lead his design studio in this direction and remains at the forefront of the design process and client relations, giving each project the attention it deserves and sharing his wealth of experience with clients.
