Elevated dining with panoramic city views.
Located on the 21st floor of The Hennessy in Causeway Bay, Wooloomooloo Prime offers a contemporary steakhouse experience with expansive views across Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. The design responds to both the visual drama of the surrounding cityscape and the brand’s emphasis on high-end yet approachable dining.

The interior layout is defined by generous glazing and a perimeter-focused plan that maximises exposure to natural light during the day and city lights by night. The dining area is organised to preserve uninterrupted sightlines, with seating arrangements that frame rather than compete with the panoramic views.

Materiality leans into warm, modern textures—dark timbers, leather finishes, and stone surfaces—to create a refined but unpretentious environment. The bar and lounge zones use slightly richer tones and softer lighting to create a subtle transition from the more open, animated dining areas to a more intimate setting suited to evening drinks and private conversations.

Furnishings are scaled for comfort without compromising spatial efficiency. Banquette seating lines selected edges of the floor plate, supporting both privacy and acoustic softness, while central tables allow for flexible group configurations. Lighting is calibrated to highlight material finishes and dining surfaces without introducing glare or reflection against the glazed façade.

The design supports the dual identity of Wooloomooloo Prime as both a destination for special occasions and a familiar gathering place for regular guests. It balances the brand’s steakhouse roots with a distinctly urban sensibility, reflective of its high-rise location in one of Hong Kong’s busiest commercial districts.
